In synthetic lawns, cork infills bring a part of nature to the artificial surfaces. 100% natural, they are a type of sustainable filling that exploits the elasticity of cork and its high resistance to compression, to offer a clean solution, which avoids injuries guaranteeing comfort. The use of cork infills allows a reduction of surface temperature up to 30%.

In extreme sports, cork offers lightness and flexibility, keeping all the excitement and adrenaline. Recently, the Swiss company Anticonf has developed an innovative snowboard that incorporates cork. Distinguished in the 2017 edition of the ISPO BRAND NEW awards, the new snowboard is based on cork as a material that, thanks to its unique sustainability credentials, combines excellent technical and mechanical performance, extreme lightness and greater vibration absorption.

Also the skateboard universe surrenders to the potential of cork, realized in an extreme lightness and flexibility, and high capacity of absorption of vibrations. Combining it with other materials, Archer developed corkboard skateboards as light and impact resistant as they are flexible, capable of ensuring a smooth course, sliding on the asphalt without producing unwanted vibrations.
